"But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body." -2 Corinthians 7:12
Although being a Christian is one of the hardest things to do in life, God's promise to always be with us will never change. The best thing about God is he never changes. No matter the situation, he will always be there. God's will for your life is not always the easiest place to be, but its always the best place to be. So remember, even through your toughest, lowest points of your life there is one person who will always be there, and one person you can always count on. Live your life to please the Lord, not to please the world. "Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." And always have hope in knowing that, although the world may persecute you, It persecuted the Lord first.
