SKILLS SESSIONS

Believe Basketball offers an in-depth basketball skills training approach to effectively prepare players to compete at a high level on their select or school team. Coach Wallace is the instructor for all skills sessions. Ball-handling, Shooting, Offensive moves, Post moves and Defensive skills are some of the areas covered in the skills sessions. Unlimited Yearly Plan - 1 hour each sessions.

One Year Plan - 52 Sessions, 1 hour each session, once a week.

Six Months Plan - 26 Sessions, 1 hour each session, once a week.

Three Months Plan - 13 Sessions, 1 hour each session, once a week.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

One of the biggest advantages most successful teams and athletes have today is combining their skill development with improving their muscle and cardio development. Believe Basketball is proud to offer a high level and proven strength & conditioning program that is comprehensive, tailored to the individual player's age, gender, weight and condition, and will enhance their abilities in sports to increase strength, speed, jumping, explosiveness and endurance. Depending upon the individual player, sets include distance running, incline running, jumprope, core training, aerobic workouts, weights, and the VERTIMAX (r) machine. This training system utilizes unique resistance methods to increase vertical jump, explosive first step, speed and agility.

Unlimited Yearly Plan - 1 hour each sessions.

One Year Plan - 150 Session, 1 hour each session, 3 times a week.

Six Months Plan - 72 Sessions, 1 hour each session, 3 times a week.

Three Months Plan - 36 Sessions, 1 hour each session, 3 times a week.
